本装置采用四电极(四点探针或四探针)法测量导电和防静电材料体积电阻率，可以克服表面接触电阻造成的误差影响，Huace991系列配备可提供超稳定直流电源与高精度电流采集系统，可直接测量半导体、导体材料的体积电阻率
