1.扫描、比较器
针对各个通道设置测试条件(量程、频率、比较器等)
可选定某个通道的ON与OFF
可循环进行扫描测试
同时可在本地保存测试条件
2.OPEN&SHORT补偿
可对应各通道的开短路补偿
如若利用 LCR 的设置切换功能则需要较长的切换时间，在软件内进行开短路补偿计算，可维持高速的扫描时间
3.数据保存
扫描的数据可根据通道进行保存
