在新型半导体材料（如钙钛矿、氧化镓）的研发中，晶圆测试高低温真空探针台可实时监测材料在真空、高温或低温条件下的载流子迁移率、击穿电压等参数，为材料优化提供数据支撑
2.失效分析：准确定位故障（失效）原因
通过微区探针扫描技术，配合SEM或FIB联用，可对芯片的短路、漏电等故障点进行亚微米级定位，锁定制造工艺中的故障环节
3.量产前验证：增加良率与可靠性
在晶圆出厂前，晶圆测试高低温真空探针台可对成千上万个微结构进行自动化批量测试（如接触电阻、绝缘性能），结合AI算法实时分析数据，提前筛除次品，降低下游封测成本
