铁电薄膜材料电容电压测试装置由华测仪器生产，有着宽频率响应范围及宽测试电压范围，可应用于铁电/压电/热释电薄膜、厚膜、块体材料和电子陶瓷、铁电传感器等研究。在±10V的内置电压下，电滞回线测试频率可达1MHz。还可通过外接的功率放大器模块将电压升到50V~50kV
内置HuacePro测试软件，具有自动数据显示、算法分析和实时参数提取功能,操作友好使用便捷，在不改变样品连接的情况下就可执行电滞回线、脉冲、漏电流、IV和CV测试等，可选配件也可实现压电、热释电、TSDC、电介质充放电、介电温谱、高低温电阻等测量功能
