锆钛酸铅PZT热释电系数测量仪由华测仪器研发生产，可以分析被测样品热释电系数随温度，时间变化的曲线，通过软件将这些变化曲线的温度谱、时间谱等集成一体并进行分析测量并可以直接得出样品的热释电图谱。对试样大小及形状无特殊要求，圆片、方块、长条、柱形等均可测量，可广泛用于铁电、压电材料（压电陶瓷、高分子）以及相关器件性能的评价与测试
