1.研发阶段：材料与器件的极限性能探索
在新型半导体材料（如钙钛矿、氧化镓）的研发中，晶圆测试高低温真空探针台可实时监测材料在真空、高温或低温条件下的载流子迁移率、击穿电压等参数，为材料优化提供数据支撑
2.失效分析：准确定位故障（失效）原因
通过微区探针扫描技术，配合SEM或FIB联用，可对芯片的短路、漏电等故障点进行亚微米级定位，锁定制造工艺中的故障环节
