产品介绍
VD系列高压探头是落地式高压探头，为坚固耐用的日常使用而设计。应用于从雷达到X射线系统质量控制、粒子加速器应用等多种领域。探头采用具有低电压电阻系数的电阻器，并且电容器均经过温度、频率和电压稳定化处理，以实现整体性能。所有探头均标配场定义环，以尽可能地减少邻近效应（杂散电容）并尽可能地增加测量的可重复性
探头在出厂前会仔细匹配高频和低频校准。同时，也对甚高频电缆效应进行了仔细补偿，以便能够对短脉冲进行准确测量。探头经过工厂校准后无需再进行调整
产品搭配
VD系列高压探头可搭配HCVD系列电阻分压器使用，适用于高压测量
使用一个标准的数字电压表，提供了一种可测量100kVdc、200kVdc或400kVdc的高电压的简便方法，其精度高于0.5%。采用阶梯式结构技术，使用抛光的高压套管连接，特别为减少电晕而设计。使用BNC连接器，提供低压成正比的输出信号
