电热老化罐是一款为绝缘材料电热老化及击穿性能测试设计的综合性实验设备。该设备通过模拟高压、高温及多气氛环境，对绝缘材料在长期电热复合应力下的性能变化进行加速老化测试，评估其耐久性、稳定性和寿命特性
设备自带抽屉式样品工装，测试前可将整个工装模块从罐体平稳拉出，轻松装夹与更换样品，简化了操作流程。其支持多通道并行测试，大幅增加实验效率，并可根据需求进行高压、高气压、油浴、振动等多种功能定制，满足科研与工业领域的多样化测试需求
工作原理
电热老化测试基于“电-热协同老化”机理，通过在绝缘材料上施加高电压与高温环境，加速其内部绝缘结构的老化过程。设备同时对样品施加电场应力与热应力，推动材料内部化学键断裂、微观缺点发展及介电性能退化，从而在短时间内模拟材料长期运行状态。通过监测样品的电气性能变化（如击穿电压、绝缘电阻等），可推算出材料在实际工况下的使用寿命与可靠性
